Your stay includes weekly housekeeping services with a change of linens. For an additional charge, you may opt for housekeeping services on a daily or every other day basis. The apartment is strategically located on a quiet street in the downtown area of the Miraflores district. It is only three blocks away from Larco Avenue where you can find shopping, restaurants, banks, money exchange, post office, supermarkets, luxury casinos, and taxis, as well as sightseeing and excursion buses for Lima and surroundings. A three minute walk from the apartment will take you to the convenience of a 24-hour Vivanda supermarket. Only one block away, you will find the highly recommended Le Bistro and Costa Azul restaurants. Also, three blocks from the apartment you will find a gym and spa. Merely four blocks away is the Marriot Hotel that offers a delicious and reasonably priced Sunday brunch. Additionally, the ocean is within walking distance of the apartment. Close by, you will find the renowned Larcomar shopping and entertainment complex that is uniquely located atop a cliff that overlooks the Pacific Ocean. Here, you will find superb restaurants with stunning ocean views, movie theaters, various boutiques, bars and night clubs. We ask that you kindly limit any get-togethers at the apartment to no more than 6 people and maintain them at a reasonably quiet volume so as not to disturb the other residents of the building. Because of the many glass furnishings in the apartment, it is not recommended for travel with children.
