Once the contract is finished and the guest has left the apartment, Miraflores
Apartment Rentals will not take responsibility for lost or forgotten objects
in the apartment. The guest is full responsable for any dammage or disappeared
objects at the apartment. Neither Miraflores Apartment Rentals nor the
owner of the apartment shall be liable for any direct or indirect damages
that may arise as a consequence of the use by the client of the apartment,
including without limitation, damages, insurance, losses because of fires,
robbery or criminal behaviour.

We are not owner of the apartments, our services: looking for the best suitable apartment for our clients and putting our clients in contact with the owner, are subject to a small fee, which is included in all prices mentioned on this website.
